Do frog villagers not use umbrellas??

I was in my cycle town and it was pouring and I noticed Frobert was just walking around umbrellaless. Do all frog villagers do this? It's a nice little detail

yeah! I wouldn't have even thought about it because I used to have Marina(octupus) and she used an umbrella so I figured the frogs would too
