Do any of the new welcome amiibo villagers move out naturally?

I've been trying to get out some new amiibo villagers the regular way (not with nfc) but none have asked to move...do they only move out via nfc?

If you're talking about the returned villagers, yes they can move out naturally. But if you're talking about Nintendo and Sanrio villagers, no they can't move out at all.
