DLC update

Everyone I am on the fence about getting the update I love to decorate my island and my house what do you think about the update and in the dlc is there a end point or can you keep on playing

I am glad that I got it. If you like decorating, you should enjoy it. Having the HHP shop makes it much easier to get the new items. And it is easier to get food recipes if you have the dlc.

Having the dlc allows you to customize the exterior and interior of villager's houses on your main island after you get past a certain point.

As for limits, you can use the same area of the map for multiple houses with no problem (it creates duplicates of the area). So you can probably create a house for every villager in the game (all 413 of them) plus any NPCs you have amiibos for.

I cannot tell you for sure if you will enjoy it, or if it is worth the money for you personally, but I hope this helps.

I was initially unsure as well but it’s a lot more fun than I expected. I like how it seems to have a light story to go along with it. I’ve only done about 6 houses so far but it’s definitely been fun.

I would say that, if money isn't an issue, get it. It expands the ACNH experience in a way that you really feel like you got your money's worth it.

It’s absolutely worth it!

There is story progression in the DLC but you can still play it after that storyline ends. If you’re into decorating, you have infinite possibilities and scenarios in which test your decorating skills! The more you progress, more items and features unlock and you can re-visit previous villagers to redesign their homes, add another floor or pair them with a roomie.
