Not really because of the game being broken down into missions. It made the game repetitive, and it felt like the game via Professor E. Gadd was holding my hand. I could see DLC incorporating that (Luigi, something's happened, we need to investigate!), and I would rather have a open exploration area where the only help I have is using my brain.
