DIY Message in a Bottle

Whaat is The most DIY message in a bottles that You have found in one day. I found 3 yesterday throughout the day. Just curious what is the most a person can get per day.

Assuming you're talking about the home island (and not Mystery Tours), I'm fairly certain you can only get one per day on a regular file. Perhaps having more players changes things -- if so, that's a very interesting thing for me to keep in mind moving forward.

Only one on my island, but if you go to NMT islands, you can get more. Probably unlimited.

I only find one daily. However, when I did go on a mystery island tour, I found another one. So I guess my total count for a single day would be two. I didn't know you could be getting multiple, but I believe if you missed picking one up from a previous day, they just accumulate in your beach.

Yeah, you can only get multiples with multiple players, it would seem.
Otherwise, it's always just one unless you find more on NMT islands.

I thought you could only get one per day per player.

I’ve had two before but I think it was because I TT’d within the same day and it confused the game.

It would appear that the number of human players on the island increases the maximum number of messages in bottles. That's great information -- thanks for sharing it with us! I for one had never heard of this.

Only way your going more then one per player is going to the mystery islands. I‘ve gotten few additional a days if I island hop.

you get 2 per day; example : 1 at 6am, 1 at 6pm

I've had two in one day before, one in the morning and one in the evening. But mostly just one.

Confirmed by myself and a friend you can get up to 3 per day per character, mount of characters on your island makes no difference in how many you get on a single characters save. So I have 4 characters and can get up to 12 bottles per day if I check back in morning, noon, and evening. It doesn’t seem to be guaranteed though, and seems to have a higher chance of spawning if you’ve saved an quit, then reloaded in a few hours later to play again!
