If you look at one of the photos of the new Animal Crossing for the 3DS,There is a house in the backround that looks different than the others.It has A white mailbox indicating that it could be a Player's house in the game.There are also bushes by the house,or it seems to be bushes...well anyways here's the photo:

Imagine we get balconys.... thats what those look like to me.
The one with the red roof is the players house. You can tell by looking at the other screenshots - if you look at the one with the sideways beach, up the top right hand corner there is a house behind the trees, that is what the house for villagers will look like. Because that one doesn't have a mail box.

I don't like bushes, I think there should be piles of leaf but not as big because that would look stupid. Also I think you should pick the fruit on the trees, but its ok because when you send animals fruit they some times send a different fruit. I like the bench's and lamps and think they should let animals sit on them.

They changed the house exterior to a more modern look, it was just a demo and advertisement years ago. This thread is from 2011!?
