Did the update encourage you to buy amiibos?

I have a DS I can't read amiibos on but I use my brother's sometimes!​

I am definitely looking into getting a couple... I have plans to go to Walmart tomorrow and see if they even have any left.

Might order a pack or 2 of cards online if they don't have any in store too.

I don't see myself going all out, because honestly I don't think it's worth the money, but I wouldn't mind a few of the characters that I really like.
