lol it is NA only. I'm pretty sure. I'm only saying so since Callaway did a giveaway and she had to redeem Gengar code for Chibi to trade I believe. I would like some backup on this though.

Yup she did. I've heard the code can work on any region 3DS, but I am pretty sure its locked as other NA Event Pokemon codes are.

If I do get the code, I am hoping to find a friend to help me lol just to let you know. Shouldn't be too hard.
