DESPERATE FOR COMMUNITY PROJECTS [HAVEN'T HAD ANY SUGGESTED] HELP!

In my previous game I got a community project almost everyday but after I restarted my town I haven't been suggested anything! [I've been playing the restart for about a month!]
Is it some sort of glitch or am I doing something wrong?
Any suggestions on getting community projects or your thoughts?

I've tried it but I've just got requests to change catch phrases.

1. Empty your pockets.
2. Deposit your bells.
3. Go swimming for about 5 minutes or more. Or simply go on the beach, unless there is a villager there
4. Walk in front of every villager outside.
