Design an OC for me?

Is anyone able to design an OC based on the urban legend of Cleopatra and the snakes?
I'll post the link to the story as inspiration. I need her to be Egyptian themed please c:
I can pay in DA points, ACNL items, TBT //don't have much though//, CS pets or a mix of either of them.
