so, I just built light house but i feel i'm unsatisfied with the location. so the question is if i demolish it, will the light house appear again in my pwp list? because after i built it, the light house disappeared from the list, because you can only have 1 of that in the town.

Yeah, it will reappear, since you don't have the lighthouse after demolishing it.
