Dem Pink Roses >.<

I can't breed any Pink Roses for the life of me. It's SO difficult! Is it hard for anyone else? Everything else is easy 2 breed, but this is just really hard.

In both my main and cycle town, anything black or purple breeds amazingly... orange and pink never want to bloom... which both has apples...
In my old town that had pears, I could never get anything black anything to breed... and orange would bloom like crazy.
I almost wonder if there is something in the game where if your town has this or that, this or that breeds easier.

No idea, but last year I had tons of pink cosmos, pink lilies and pink roses. At the end of summer I sold them all to Reese, except a few figuring I'd have tons again this year when I started breeding them after winter passed. Anyway, I am not getting very many at all! I have bred one pink lily, one pink cosmo and so far no pink roses.

I have lots of purple roses and tons of black roses. Go figure.

I have pears and find that everything appears at the same rate. I don't find any particular colour hard to breed. Maybe it's just my luck lol. I'm not a huge flower breeder though.

In all of my towns, for some reason pink has bred the easiest for me. I have a lot, and not much of anything else.... ._.

Pink and purple roses love to sprout in my town. Not even joking. Pink lilies however, hate me. I'll try for one week and then they just keep sprouting red and white lilies. Blue roses are easy, along with red carnations. Pink and white carnations hate my town XD I wonder if one specific flower is better growing in one town. And how ironic that my town's name is Cuddle Pink fits with it! :3

Blue roses bloom very well for me... blue violets on the other hand...

It is easier to breed flowers with their like flowers... like pink with pink is easier to give you pink than red and white.

omg i can't breed hybrids for my life. from 100 hybrids, i get maybe 2 hybrids a day even with 10 fertilizers... ;; i have to resort to buying them bc of this /sobs/

I think only a max of 3 or 4 flowers bloom from breeding a day... no matter what. And sometimes it's just a generic flower.
And if you use a golden shovel with fertilizer you are more likely to get 2-3 spawns from that group that 1.
Also, where you put a fertilizer, a flower cannot grow... so if you are placing all those fertilizers around the same "couple" then you are actually hurting your chances.

I get orange roses all the time; it's frustrating. I've yet to breed any blue roses though. Having tried two of three methods, I shall try a third this week and see what happens.

(I know kind people would happily give me two blue starters, but I wanna see if I can get them on my own first. c: )

I actually think they're quite easy to breed. I find the purple roses quite hard to breed, though.

Blue for me. Those buggers didn't spring up even after three months of watering the hybrid reds, so I just got some off of the marketplace. Bleh.

I have plenty of pinks, I'd be happy to donate some to you so you can get started breeding your own!

I find pink roses are easy to breed. I think the pink and pink combination is the best though. They're always popping up, so often that now I have over than 40. 0-0
On the other hand... I think purple tulips and pink lilies are harder to breed for me. It took me more than a week to get a pink lily and purple tulips from a pair.

Oh, no I already have Pink Roses I've just been Breeding Red with White, so it's been harder.

For me it's the opposite. Pink roses come out of no where.
