Deleting Nintendo Newtwork ID ?

So ... I've just seen that my birthdate in my Nintendo Network thing is false , and the only way to change it is to delete the account ... Will this delete my saves and games ? Because practicly all of my games are from the e-shop , ACNL too , so I don't want to do it if it will delete my stuff . Haaalp plz xD

"The birthdate cannot be changed through the system. To update the birthdate associated to your Nintendo Network ID, please contact us for support by clicking here."

You can always just contact them for a birthdate change if you want to keep your current account.
