Day of Silence

I would, but then i see no use sometimes. since it targets only certain people
and in my years ive experience what they went through. except for a different reason.

Is this an American event?
I think it's only in the US that anyone does... not exactly sure how many people do it. Something like... 10%(?) did it at my school.

hmm supportin an american event then?

Yes, I participated. I also did my own way of helping out, I got a whole bunch of people to sign a copy book that i labeled The Book of Silence. About 20% of my school actually went silent, but I got about 40% to sign The Book of Silence. I was surprised it worked out so well! I wish I could have gotten 50% or more to sign, but I don't know everyone.

So what do you do, just dont say a word for a full day?
"The National Day of Silence brings attention to anti-LGBT name-calling, bullying and harassment in schools. Each year the event has grown, now with hundreds of thousands of students coming together to encourage schools and classmates to address the problem of anti-LGBT behavior."

Yea our school participated, but not may did it. Kinda unfortunate, however saying that would make me a hypocrite, as I didn't participate.
