Cycling Tips?

Been trying to cycle, but no luck. :P Any tips?

So, are you cycling for cycling's sake (i.e. giving away villagers to others)
or are you cycling to try to get a specific villager back?

Anyway, this might be helpful in (speed) cycling - when it doesn't matter who goes into boxes:

Have fun & good luck! <3

I'm giving villagers to others :3

Strange, none of those methods working for me. Still no one has asked to move. I'm starting to think my game is messed up because it went through the washing machine >.<

That's odd.Let me ask you a few routine questions to narrow it down:

- Have you got your own house built yet? (instead of still living in the tent)
- Have you talk to all of them, even briefly (you have 10, right?)
- I don't think you need 100% approval before anyone moves, but have you done the basic tutorial things like watering flowers, plant a few trees, ask Isabelle for instructions etc?
- Have you been going day by day, and still no one moves out?
(I remember the last time I have to jump forward by a month or two to 'trigger' some random villager to move. This might work if you don't care who's in boxes.)

Yes my house is built.
I have talked to all of them
I didn't water flowers or plant trees, or ask Isabelle for adivce, but I have 100 percent approval
I have been going day by day, but no one is moving out.
I don't care who's in boxes and I tried that to, but still no luck :(

My personal method when TT day by day is jumping 4 days ahead and then 4 days back, usually that causes a ping (but I go 5 days forward)

If all else fails and you don't mind losing a villager or two, you can go one year ahead to 2015, load the mayor and save & quit, then another year to 2016 and do same as before, then load the game up 5 days later.
If you see that nobody has left, then there may be an issue.

There's also a glitch that rarely happens if you invite both the same camper and villager.
For example, let's say someone gave you TIA. If you went and got TIA today, then came back and saw that TIA is a camper and wanted that one instead, if you invited the TIA from the campsite, it would cause a glitch where only one tia would move in, and I'm not sure if it would be either an invisible plot or if you'd actually see her plot, but basically, it will forever keep your game in a "move in" stage which would cause the problem of villagers never moving in or out, but it doesn't sound like you have that issue.
