It guarantees that:

• I will not offer Lucky to anyone else
• I will inform you the second I see his plot/house
• At that time, we can discuss pricing, which is open to debate- since he's T2 it can be either TBT or IG bells.
• You can, at your request, recieve updates on his changes, should there be any
• When the time for lucky to leave Virbank comes, I will VM you and you wil have 36 hours to make room for him and pick him up, instead of the unreserved 30 minutes.
