well i was bike riding and my dad decided to ride on the rode(we were riding on trail) and we were riding beside a rail.So i am looking at my dad and he says"LOOK OUT!"I grabbed my brakes and I fall on the rail.My arm is cut is alot of spots.nowcan barely bend it(I still type though.)Good thing i was wereing a helmet cause i hit my head on the rail.
