Bowie has a canine appearance, with a light blue body, red and green space boots, a lightning bolt-shaped tail, and a red lightning bolt pattern on his face.
As an electric-type, Bowie?s Let?s Dance move emits bolts of electricity from his tail that cause double damage to the target. As a legendary Pokemon, Bowie?s Starman move causes the target to be petrified with Confusion. Bowie?s Fame move causes the target to be filled with Infatuation and unable to attack!
Although Bowie is fully evolved, he has the ability to modify his appearance when needed, to meet the situation.
