Custom Face-cutouts?

I've seen these face-cutouts with a custom design, and I was wondering how to do them. Thanks!

all you have to do is get the PWP, place it, and then walk up to the front and press a. then you can design something for the cutout.

Also, once you have the pattern displayed on the face cutout standee, you don't need to keep it in your pocket's pattern slots. That frees up a pattern slot, which is very handy. (Just make sure to save your standee pattern with the Able Sisters, though, so you don't lose it!)

You can have up to eight standees (or a combo of eight standees and eight custom signs). Different ACNL guides will give you varying numbers, but trust me. It's eight. I learned that the hard way when building Goblin.

Oh wow, I was under the impression it was 5 custom things only. Thank god.

When making your own face standee, have a lot of patience. I noticed there aren't any tutorials for them but the default design kinda helps give you an idea of how the dimensions would look. Constantly save and go up to the standee to see if the proportions fit right.
