Yeah, me and my boyfriend say it to each other all the time after watching OTGW. That and Potatoes and Molasses.

After watching OTGW, I sang Potatoes and Molasses almost every day. My mom got pissed off so fast hahaha

rebeltaxi has a mini tutorial which shows a different way to shade -> http://phantomblacklist.tumblr.com/...hing-that-really-helps-is-to-never-shade-with
of course, you dont have to follow it.
but if you want to do something other than flat colors, always use different values of the color youre doing and colors close to it. it also helps to study how others do it through their speedpaints, so if you like the way someone colors in a speedpaint, try experimenting with that.
i like the way you shade, though! it fits your style very well

very cute ; w ; would definitely pay for some art of my mayor or sumthin. probably around 50-100!

i guess the only thing i would say is to sharpen up a bit on ur lines, and maybe toy w/different light sources so u can add more shading to make it less flat. other than that, it looks gorgeous!! (●?^`)♡
