I have a question, but I have no idea where to post this.

I was wondering if anyone knew of an affordable computer program that works on windows 7 (my computer is over ten years old) that is easy to use and where you can make templates. I have an old version of photshop elements and the options it gives me is limited.

I was thinking of changing the background for the picture projects that I make for each of my journal entries and for my next one (and maybe others) I want to make something like this:

minus the text obviously and the two two character’s images

And if not, if anyone knows this is something that I could have commissioned in the museum?

hey, idk if it's what you're looking for, but i made a few blank copies of the example you gave that you can use if you want.
