Buying Cool Globe, Wistful Painting, and Tokonoma!

I'm looking to buy these three random items to help out a friend: Cool Globe, Wistful Painting, and Tokonoma. c:

Willing to pay 100 TBT for the trouble! Although negotiation is always welcome as it's rather hard to gauge prices for me still... Definitely wouldn't want to give an unfair amount. xD

True, hence the "mostly" xD But since they are unorderables, I think I'll be more flexible on TBT offers. c: I'm really bad at price-gauging. QQ
