For everyone with questions on the start date, it won't be for at least a week and a half (or so). If you can finish your town in two weeks or *around* that time, that would be awesome.
If you really can't finish by then (or reach a good point) then you can PM me, and we can work something out. I can always add you and you'll simply be one of the very last polls in round 1.

Ok, good. Once I get my last permanent resident, Merengue, I can finally start removing all those ankwardly placed PWP:s that are there only to block move-ins. 
(And finally start landscaping that last untouched area that is full of those PWP:s at the moment.)

I was thinking of labeling my town as that but I didn't' think it would qualify as one so I put it in misc... My town is basically "town themed", lol.
I have walkways, some street lamps and a video screen which might make it modern? My police station is "classic" though, and my city hall and train station are default. I tried making my home exterior modern but it's really ugly so I'm going to be changing it back to default before the contest starts.

That's a good idea. I'll add that category as well. If one overrules the other in terms of submissions, I'll just add it to Misc.
