I really noobish question I know, but can anyone tell me the possible consequences for TT backwards a few months?
I was TT a day at a time it gather bush starts and my dream villagers, but now that I have what I need I'd like to set it to the current time once again. Is there anything I need to know before I do? Or am I better off not playing my game for a few months?

Thanks for your help. ^^

As far as I know, any amount of time traveling backwards should only count as going one day forward regardless of how many dates you passed. So what you could do is just make sure that no one is in the process of moving, and then time travel backwards to the exact date you want.

Time traveling backwards is a little different than going forwards. By that I mean the game will only register one day passing for any amount of days you go backwards.

Turnips will spoil if you TT backwards so make sure to sell them before you go back if you have any. :)

If you have any Turnips, TT backwards will cause them to rot. Also, snowmen completely melt when you TT backwards. These are all little things, though! :)

I've TTed two months back as well. And it only counts for a day. The only thing is that bushes, trees, etc won't grow and fossils won't appear for that one day, but will come back the next day. But everything else is normal.
