I can already upload videos over 10 minutes, but Andrew and I want to make a new account for a series we're planning on making, and we'd like to be able to upload videos over 10 minutes...but YouTube doesn't let new members have that ability anymore. =/

I think because YouTube is thinking about making other types of channels upload over 10 minutes besides directors.
