Yes. You can come for two separate trips' worth. I just have to make sure, as best I can from my end, to keep the 561 bells intact.

I will be up for really late-night here. (Really late!) Take your time. Usually it time to buy the turnips and fill Lockers A, B, and C. If you put 16 more in your pockets, that amounts to 19,600 x [Joan's price] = your investment; followed by 19,600 x [Reese's buy] = selling price. Comparison is the profit

I'm sorry for the confusion! ;; Joan isn't in town; I don't Time-Travel, so what I get on Sunday is usually what I have for the week. xD I just bought extra turnips that wouldn't fit in my locker on Sunday without counting, and placed them around my train station / house. orz So I didn't purchase more just now, I just picked up the ones that I had left lying around. I hope it's okay that I don't have a full locker! ;;

It is. You just don't want to time travel (TT) your own town while you still have turnips in your possession. (Meaning, you haven't cashed them in yet.) Otherwise, they will spoil instantly. (That's according to what I've read, like with the book "'Animal Crossing: New Leaf': Prima Official Game Guide.")
