I'm sorry I missed the whole "Come in order" thing, but if multiple people can come at one time, why not let them? Unless you are nervous about knowing who everyone is so that if someone is unkind, you will know who it was?
I don't play online much, so I'm not too experienced. That's just a speculation.

Actually, I cannot control this unless I had entered just two or three people as friends, while holding off with the rest.

It's not terribly important to me about the order. I just don't want people disappointed, or worse, upset.

I entered ten people as friends. One did not get confirmed. No more have yet been entered as a Registered Friend.
