Porter makes a point of informing a town's mayor with the reaching of that 100th visitor. Says Train Station nees to be upgraded; will speak to Isabelle; and upgrade options will appear in Projects. (Those are: Fairly Tale, Modern, and Zen.)

It doesn't take long to get the tree in the center of the village.

After that, you sit down there for a sleep segment. Then a rolling of the credits looms to the left side of the screen. It shows a history report: villagers' move-in, but not move-out, dates; business' openings dates; projects' opening dates; and, lastly, the recorded number of visitors to your town.
