Trade procedure: Auction Winner to transfer TBTs and I will immediately deliver ~ or they can be picked up in my town

I have always heard that it cannot be purchased ... dont know of the powersaves device ... at any rate, the rental suit is not included in the auction ... just mentioned it because it is in the image, and I didn't want there to be confusion
