Yep, that's probably the most likely thing that happened. I honestly am not sure who the Eevee originated from.

Try checking the original trainer on the pokemon's stats?
 
Well, if you don't want that eevee in the end, I can sell to you my competitive espeon... Though I don't want to ruin your selling Skep x) Is not that important that legitness unless you really want a super legal one (not saying mine is illegal, is perfectly legit xD)
 
Ya I know there are lists of OTs that show weather the Pokemon was power saved, but I don't use it so I don't know what it would all look like

Well, yeah, I mean I know the name of the OT (Steven), but I don't know them personally so I couldn't just go and ask them, "Hey, how'd you get this Eevee shiny and in a Love Ball?" Anyway, do you want it? I'm going to hop offline soon.

Well, lvl 100, modest one with 6IV (though the perfect IV in Attack are useless xD), breeded by me, female. However, the ability is Magic Bounce, not synchronize, because I used to play competitively and Magic Bounce is what keep Espeon on the OU tier basically... Oh and I can tell you the moveset too if you want.

Not shiny... In the end I didn't like the green color on Espeon xD Oh and it's female :3 And sorry but it's EV trained... though trained optimally. I don't know... the 300TBT bells you were saying in the first post would be okay?

Sounds good to me. Wait optimally as in EV trained fully in 2 stats and slightly in 1?

If I record correctly, this time yes. In the OU meta, though the offensive Espeon is good, the best way to use it is for supporting and bouncing away the hazards, so it need max speed and HP to survive, doesn't need to invest in SpA. So it has 252 EVs in HP, 252 in Spe and 4 in Def.
