Whoever contacts me first, pretty much has him first. It's going!~ Just purchased Punchy and have him in my reset town, I'm actually very eager to get everyone out of my town already so I can replace them with villagers from my main to hold onto. Haha. So I'm going as fast as I can, though I still get distracted here and there.

I've been offline since my tenth villager moved out, and I'm slightly terrified of random move-ins after getting a couple of pretty lousy ones that took months to get rid of.

I could be wrong, but I think that you can't have a random move-in when it comes to the tenth villager.--Wait no I'm actually completely sure! c:
9-10 villagers no one can move in, however once you get down to 8 villagers that's when the moving in period happens.
9-10th villagers are the moving out period ( Meaning during these times villagers will want to move out but not move in.) I can give you a guide that I swear by for cycling and use religiously that hasn't ever let me down if you'd like? It explains it better than me.
