it kinda is. 5k(dark blue)+ 2.5K(Teal) +1K(pink/red)+ 1.3K(Green)+ 200-500(cyan) is more than 10K, also I have birthstones, which are at least 300TBT. EITHER WAY, both of us aren't close to the offer.
