Cold or hot showers?

Hot showers all the way unless it's 30C+. Then at that point it's more lukewarm, never outright cold.

Depends on the weather. Cold showers during the summer, specially when I know it's going to be super hot and hot showers everyday during the winter but that's also bad for your skin so I try to make it not to hot or too cold.

I can understand hot showers, but why are cold showers bad for your skin?

I pretty much always take hot showers no matter what, but the last few times after taking afternoon walks I've taken cold showers :0
