I am wondering what the point of the coffee beans that Brewster gives you after working PT at the Cafe. It's not like the coffee maker / espresso machine are useable furniture. So do the coffee beans serve a purpose or what? > <

I think you can sell them. If they are the really good kind I think you can sell them for 5000 bells?

Nothing, it's just an item. But as you keep working for him and doing a good job, he will reward you with better prizes including a barista uniform and then Brewster loids

Sell them to, Re-tail? Or just in general?

Oh, LOL. That kind of sucks.

the good ones are worth 2000 bells i think at retail, kind of pointless but i guess its a new way to earn money

The most I can sell my Superb Coffee Beans for are 7,999 bells.

I've sold them for 9,999 bells many times.

I guess I am going to start trying to sell those Coffee Beans. I thought they were used for something special. HAHA. So I ended up hoarding a whole bunch T-T

i actually enjoy serving the coffee though, especially when villagers from other towns come in!

I do to, but it can get tedious after a while. Plus sometimes he tells me he doesn't need my help.

The coffee beans serve no purpose, other than to sell them. Actually, Brewster only gives them to you just to... Give you something. He gives them until you get your next reward. For example, the coffee maker.

Let me tell you a little secret. The coffee beans aren't even a reward at all. Like I said, they serve no purpose. As you can see in this guide, there are a certain amount of times you have to get perfect orders to get that next reward. Until you get to the point of Brewster saying something like "Oh hey, you've been working here for awhile. Here, I want you to have this", he will give you the coffee beans just to give you something to hold you over until that next reward. Everytime you work, you really are only working for that next reward. Every perfect coffee counts as one less you have to do.
