Yes I got it from Nintendo of Germany. I downloaded it but I have a complaint about the theme... you can only display the games as one string (like in the pic above) if you want to see the eyes of the cat. Any more cover it, making the theme kinda pointless...
It has pretty nice witch-y music though.

I don't think so..I think it's region locked for Europe. The codes were only sent out to Euro club members. North America has to buy it from the Nintendo shop
