Clovers?

I'm trying to get a perfect town and I like the clovers in my town so I'm wondering if the clovers will stop me from getting a perfect town

they don't count as weeds! purely an aesthetic thing or a 1 in 40 randomizer for a lucky clover, really. which is a lot better than the alternative of them pulling down your rating, if you ask me. otherwise how would we have such cute perfect nature towns
