hmm i think you can but it's really unfair to lower it. and if someone bought out you can't make buyout higher

Once you set a buyout I feel you should stick to it. Changing the auction once it is set is unfair to the bidders, and even if you don't like the result that is just how auctions work. Sometimes you get what you want and sometimes you don't, and to pull out on your end of the deal is not only against the rules, but reflects badly upon you as a seller. I would consult Bell Tree HQ from henceforth about such questions, where the mods can give more clear cut answers.

Let's stop bogging down this Auction now and let people bid.​
