Civilization 5 TODAY! [Gods & Kings and Brave New World required!]

The Complete Pack for Civilization 5 is currently -50% off on the Steam Summer Sale. (That includes everything from the base game to all of the expansions and DLCs!) - There's still a small chance that the price will go even lower if it comes up as a "Flash Sale" during the next few days though I suppose, but only for a small window of opportunity. Well worth the investment!
 
I wish I could afford it honestly. I'm trying to trade my earbuds for the complete pack, but now that there's something I'll trade it for, looks like no one's down to trade.

Nevermind. I posted a trade to reddit and someone gave me the dlc instead of trading it. I'm crying a little.

Sataric and Kildor recommended me this game I bought steam credits. I will try the demo first and see if this game is worth buying :P

Then I strongly suggest that we pick a different time slot for the future, if we try this once again. Something that might work better for everyone that is interested. But why didn't you ask for the time to be changed BEFORE signing up to play and then not showing up? That part confuses me, for obvious reasons.

I was fine with the time. I just uhh had gotten out of work and well looks like I fell asleep...*whistle*

FYI I'm on Eastern time. Next time anyone signs up we should just all agree on a time. My suggestion.
 
Its a shame I don't have the DLC. I've started playing CIV V not long ago, need some more training but even so I would enjoy playing it.

It can be a tricky game to learn. I was lucky that Sataric taught me how to play Civilization 4 a few years ago by playing a hotseat game together, so that helped me a lot. Not sure if there might be some kind of tutorial or helpful videos on youtube, but you can experiment with a lot of different things in the game since there are so many different ways to actually get a victory. :)
 
Have a issue
the Civil title won't show up in the menu and there are glitchy parts when you shift+alt or have notifications in steam.

Could you try to describe the issue with more details, or perhaps take a screenshot of the glitches you're having? I'll try to help you out if I can! :lemon:
