Chip's RV

So I've been trying to get Chip's RV to show up but no luck.. it seems like maybe he only shows up on certain months? Does anyone know? I've only been getting the same RV's over and over and I specifically need Chip for his items I'm getting tired of time travelling in my junk town. It's been 2 hours already and still nothing! I just want to know when he's more likely to show up so I'm not wasting my time..

Chip won't appear in the RV campgrounds during the months when the fishing tourney is scheduled. Chip's RV can appear in the months of June, July, August, and September.

Yep, and same with that bug person, and any seasonal NPC, they won't appear in the months of easter, bug contest etc.

Yeah for example you won't get Zipper's during easter(whichever month), pave during february etc. no problems, thought i'd just give you a heads up if there are any other npc rvs u need

Yes, the seasonal/event NPCs' RVs won't appear in the month that the holiday/events are scheduled.

Basically what Peg said, yeah. Better phrased too, lol. But yeah jingle won't appear in december, no pave in february ETC. etc.
