I think the length is just right! I have a magnolia tree outside and it also only has pink flowers for about a week (usually the week after this one though).

Late response, but yep! I'll just go back to the beginning of April whenever the season end (or whenever I'm ready and want to experience the cherry blossoms again). Going back- no matter how far- should only count as one day, so c:

It's the only season I like. It's soo pretty.
yeah, i definitely get it. the pink probably clashes with some town themes. i feel like the pink really brought my town together so im excited to make it into a spring town for a while!

i kind of like that their time is so limited because it makes it that much more special! and you can always just time travel backward to their beginning date whiteout any repercussions because time traveling backwards only counts as one day 
It's sad that it only last 10 days, but I'm also irked that it's only the "normal" trees that get flowers.
My reasoning? In real life, fruit trees are the ones with beautiful, delectably scented blossoms. Fruit grows from where the flowers where, actually! And the "normal" trees in-game look like maples, which have green flowers, not pink. (But dont get me wrong... irl maple blossoms are gorgeous imo)

Like others, I'm just glad it lasts for only a short time so it wouldn't turn into those seasons that are so long I'll eventually get sick of (aka snow) half-way through. Though I do wish it was longer by maybe a week or half.

I love the trees and everything, they're really cute and everything but I agree that they are over used in Dream Towns. I do have a "pink" town but I am just going to plant a lot of peach, cherry, and apple trees to keep the "pink/valentiney" color scheme. Even though I really like the Blossom week and all I always just sigh when I go to a Dream Town and see, oh wow, it's raining sakuras....cool... it's just over played I think. It works with SOME towns don't get me wrong.

I love Cherry Blossom season! It makes spring seem even more wonderful to those ACNL players who get sick of spring and are just waiting for the green grass to sprout!
It's my first time seeing the cherry blossoms in my town (I stopped playing the game before spring last time). They look really pretty but I'm currently redoing my town and turning it into a dark/moody forest so they really stand out, in a bad way :/ so I can't wait until they go away again x)

Thanks! Yes I'm hoping once it's done to TT to November or something because the colours are gorgeous! But I find that the greens in March are just really nice as well! Now if it would rain sometimes! The sunshine is just ruining the mood

I love cherry blossom season! I actually just cut down all my fruit bearing trees so my entire towns could be filled with pink leaves . I don't think I would ever keep my town like this all year round (like a lot of people do) mainly because I really like the fall colors and the snow.
