Change villagers umbrellas?

Is there a way to change the umbrellas the villagers use, like with shirts?

Yes, you just send them new umbrellas like you would shirts.

But does that mean I would have to send them like 4 of them, the same as with shirts? And they will put them all out in their house to make it an umbrella boutique? x3

How do I know if they will use it or not? Like with shirts you see it right away...

You'd basically have to wait it out, to be honest. But they can be pretty stubborn about it, like with the shirts.

I sent Marshal the petal parasol and he started using it~ If the villagers old umbrella is in the room, that means that they have started using the new one that you have given them :3
