Change of tunes?

Today is april fools day, and when I walked into rosie's house she wasn't playing her usual k.k. bubblegum, but rather k.k. soulful...

I'm just wondering if it's possible to change a villager's music? X(

I know you can change a villager's music by sending them music in the mail. I don't know how it would have happened if that's not what you did, though.
