Cats vs. Dogs RP

[JJH]

Spak kept quiet. He noticed a few branches that were close to each other, and the trees that owned the branches were leading out of the forest. Quietly, he jumped to one, and continued his way ba--

Spak fell through other of the branches, he miscalculated his weight. Slamming against trees and such, he landed with a large banging noise.

) hears the noise and looks out the window to investigate. He see Stretch sniffing around the woods, and decides to go see what's up. He walks out the door just in time to see a grey blur disappear into the forest.

 

[Grawr]

"Whoa whoa whoa, there, kitten!" ((I totally just used a line from PW right there....nvm))

Stretch trotted over to the cat, and growled, revealing all his teeth. "Doin' a little spyin', eh? Y'know, we don't usually like cats 'round our territory. Buuut, since your here..." he cackled, then dashed at the cat with amazing speed.

 

[JJH]

Bai (Pronounced bye


) watches in awe as Stretch charges at the cat with amazing speed. Then he pictures Stretch tripping.

Spak's reflexes kicked in just in time. He jumped up, and back onto a tree, where his claws dug in so he could hold on. "Hah," he shouted, being arrogant, "You can't beat that!"

((btw, JJH, don't put that (pronounced bai) thing every single time you post his name... it's getting annoying.))

 

[Grawr]

"Rrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhh...." Stretch growled. "The only action we get all day, and it's gotta' be a coward." He began walking around the tree, waiting for the cat to slip, drop, or anything that would give him the chance to attack.

"Hope you like sleepin' in tree's, kitten, cuz' I 'aint goin' anywhere!"

 

[JJH]

Bai pulls out an iPod and turns on the 007 Theme Song, and then sneaks up behind the tree. With an unusual combination of catlike agility, doglike strentgh, and humanlike intelligence, he turns down the volume so Spak doesn't notice him. :lol: Then he lets out a bark of fury as he lunges at Spak's branch.

Stretch just noticed Bai as he leaped up. "What the...? Whadda' you doin' here? Look, it's just a kitten, I think I got this under control. You might wanna' warn the HQ, though. When there's one, there's usually more close behind." He explained, then continued his prowl around the tree.

Spak's fur stood up as he hissed at Stretch. All of a sudden, Bai let out a mighty bark, which completely shocked Spak. His claws retracted back, and he fell on his face. "Oof..."

 

[Grawr]

Stretch walked up to the cat, and growled (revealing his teeth) again.

"Well, look who decided to come down. So, are you the only one?" He asked, looking around. "Or are there more of ya'?" Stretch was ready to take on an army of cats if he needed to.

Details, details. Fine, he pushed a button on a CD player. A smart dog can do that.

"Yes Stretch, but I can help." Says Bai as they close in on Spak. But Bai pounces a bit to high and flies right over Spak, landing on the ground a few feet away. "Owsers..."

"No, just me..." he groaned. Lifting his face out of a mess of leaves, he saw Stretch growling in his face. "ACK!"

"You alone, eh? Well, then. This'll be too easy." Stretch said, charging at the cat at Stretch's fantastic speed.

Unable to dodge the charging dog, Spak is completely bull-dozed. He was knocked back a few feet, and landed on his face, unlucky for him. This time he stayed down, dazed from the attack.

 

[Grawr]

"Hahahaha, you've got nothin', kitten. So, before I hafta'...y'know, finish you off here, what brings ya' to this territory anyways?" Stretch asked, keeping both eyes on the cat, incase he made a run for it.

((...Stretch is starting to sound like an Italian mobster or something...I'm gonna' try to stop that))

Bai gets up, resumes humming, and sneaks around a bush and waits there, ready to jump in when the "pro" gets beat by a cat. I wonder if I should go get back-up... This cat could be lying about being alone. Bai thinks to himself. Then he notices something shining in the bush. What the...

He slowly lifted his head, and Spak was awaiting the menacing dog who hurled him back... but the dog was pacing around.

"Uh... I came alone. Nobody else is here." He said. If he gave away why he was here, he'd be truly dead.

"Funny thing about 'dat is...as dogs, we experience a lotta' things. And if there's one thing I know about you cats, it's that they never just wonder around alone. Theres usually others wit' 'em..." He said, looking around for other cats.

Bai creeps deeper into the bush and realizes the shining object is some kind of rock. But not any rock I've seen before... He thought to himself. Maybe I should take this back to HQ. He reaches out to grab the rock in his mouth when he hears a snarl. He remembered Stretch and the cat and looked over. "Stretch, wait second! I wanna see if this cat knows anything about this rock. I found it near where he landed when he fell." Bai scoops up the rock and runs over to Stretch.
