Trading Catalog Sanrio Posters

Just to make sure, to catalog items you just need to pick them up once and put them down again?
 
umm i don't think you actually can catalog these posters? i received them from a trade and can't find a way to order them again...

You can catalog them. You just search “poster” in Nook Shopping.
