Greetings, welcome to my first attempt at cycling! Since I'm in the early stages of starting a cycling town, as in just building a house, I won't be as fast. I apologize for the clutter. I'm extrmely new to setting up shops/services on a forum, so I'll be going back often to edit and polish off rules.

ALL TIER 3-5 VILLAGERS ARE FREE. If a Tier 3-5 villager pings, a PM will be sent to whomever is lurking for the same villager- first to reply wins. If no response in 30 minutes, the heading will be changed and a post annoucing the ping. From the post, it will be first come, first served. Otherwise, they will be voided.
Villagers without lurkers will be voided after 5-15 minutes based on tier. If cycling on duty/overnight/trying to ping a dreamie, I may auto-void tier 5's.

Tier 1 & 2 villagers who have not been claimed for trading by myself or others will be auctioned off for exactly two hours after it has been announced that they have pinged to leave. The winner must be online to claim their villager to limit a standstill. All auctions start at 0 IGB and 0 TBT, so if you're lucky you can get a great deal on villagers.

If you have a dreamie of mine, I will be willing to trade it for one of my villagers if it hasn't been claimed or otherwise noted for specific trade. That means, if they haven't pinged, it's first come, first served if you have one of my dreamies.
