Can't post town to Dream Suite?

So I've been trying for a couple of days to get upload my town to the dream suite, but every time I try Luna tells me that my internet connection is bad. However, when I do something else that requires internet access, like going to the international island, I have no problems. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I haven't read much lately but I remember seeing something about dream suite function eventually becoming obsolete, maybe it has something to do with that?
I hardly use it so I can't really say for sure

I haven't been having any problems uploading my dream address. I wish I could be more help. Maybe try at different times of day? Depending on how good your internet is, sometimes it can get bogged down during high traffic hours.

Maybe your firewall is too high? If you also have issues playing online multiplayer then it’s probably your firewall.

Maybe it has something to do with your Streetpass or Spotpass settings? I would check them just to make sure.
