Can’t invite amiibo ??

I’m trying to invite jack from a amiibo card. It’s says would you like to invite jack and I select yes, then it says It seems you can’t chat with jack right now . Any ideas ?

You can't invite any NPC yet, I get the same message for my Cyrus amiibo figure for example.

Not all special Amiibo are in the game.

Jack will probably be added around Halloween.
