I have Judy in my campsite this morning, and I'm having a really hard time getting her to move in. She always says things like "wow... I wonder what it would be like to move to your town" and then I ask her to move but she always says that she can't, but she might reconsider. Is there a right way to get her to want to move in?

if you don’t have 10 villagers and you don’t have a plot placed, you should do that.
if your town is full, just keep talking to her! she’ll ask eventually. fun fact: i just got her in my campsite, too :O
also, a tip: idk if you know this already, but if she asks someone that you want to keep to leave, quit without saving immediately. then go back on and repeat the process.
