Cant find my path code again =(

so i redesigned my town flag and now am hunting to get my path code back..... and i cant find it =( ive found this one http://acnlpaths.tumblr.com/post/82641963001/credit which im pretty sure it is but it wont scan (i dont think this is the site i got it from last time, also its the darker version of this path i have not the lighter version =( anyone no where i can find it ?
