Can you hack beyond 11.3?

Starting to decorate the town the way I want, but it's really difficult without any hacks. Is it possible to hack your game with a system 11.3 or above?

I think homebrew's mostly been patched up recently, although there are other ways in, such as editing your game data directly (risky!).

However, this site is a little anti-hacking, so I won't recommend anything in particular. Do a few Google searches.
